Sherlock Spec offers a variety of home buyer services. There is no need to call four or five companies to inspect the different elements of the home. Sherlock Spec will coordinate all of the inspections that you desire including; pest and dry rot inspections, structural inspections, engineering inspections, and pool inspections.

The Inspection

Home buyers are welcome to attend the inspection and get an inside look of the condition of their new home, as well as tips from our experienced inspectors. For a full list of the items inspected, click here.

Home Inspection Report

Home buyers receive a detailed report outlining the condition of each item, repairs that need to be made, as well as a schedule of suggested maintenance for their home.

Monthly Monitoring

Home buyers also receive a free one-year home monitoring service.
